Poontickler's debut show took place downtown in Miami venue "Las Rosas" with Party Cannon, Wormhole, and Flub.PoonTickler's music has been described as "brutality with a bounce. The songs are said to be inspired by bands such as Carnal Diafragma, Napalm Death, Pungent Stench, and Pig Destroyer.The band's debut "Choking on Menstrual Chunks" has been circulating the dark side of social networks since Feb 14th and has been described as revolting, comedic, and addicting. The vile nature of the video has an indiscreet playfulness with psychedelic backdrops and a casual storyline while the band sings about ingesting and retching on menstruation.
Their full album was released on July 4th as well as distribution of physical copies through Earsturbation Records.
The band has since relocated to Las Vegas Nevada and made their first appearance as a supporting act for Columbian band Internal Suffering.
